Healthy Living Series Program “Arthritis, Exercise and Medicine….What Should I Do First?”

McLaren Bay Region’s Center for Rehabilitation will offer the program, “Arthritis, Exercise and Medicine…What Should I Do First?” on Wednesday, October 26 from 6:30 to 8:00 p.m. at the Lincoln Center, 820 South Lincoln, Bay City.

Do you suffer from arthritis? Would you like to learn what exercises are most beneficial to relieve pain? Then you should attend this class! Come and learn about arthritis and how to manage it. You will receive information on what exercises may be most beneficial to help manage your pain. Presented by: Amanda LaVigne, Occupational Therapist
