Fitness Fun for Kids

McLaren Bay Region is sponsoring Fitness Fun for Kids. If you have children between the ages of 6 and 10, this program is for them. Fitness Fun for Kids meets each Tuesday, July 12 through August 16 from 10:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. at the Center for Rehabilitation on McLaren Bay Region’s West Campus, 3190 E. Midland Road, Bay City.

Fitness Fun for Kids is designed to help children learn that physical activity can be fun and exciting, and helps them feel good about themselves. Each session will include over an hour of fun aerobic activities, a brief educational topic and a healthy snack. The educational discussions will focus on a healthy body awareness, nutrition, exercise and safety.

The cost for the program is $35.00, which includes a t-shirt. Discounts are offered to families of 2 or more (2 kids = $30 each; 3 kids or more = $25 each). For more information or to register, logo onto mclaren.org/bayclasses or call the Center for Rehabilitation at (989) 667-6600.
