FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE Margo Winieckie Senior Vice President 989.596.0821 [email protected] July 6, 2015 1st State Bank Promotes Four Officers SAGINAW, MI 1st State Bank announced that its Board of Directors has promoted Steve Canole and Margo Winieckie to the title of Senior Vice President. Steve Canole has been promoted to Senior Vice President, Business Lending Officer. Canole has specialized in business lending throughout his 27 year banking career and joined 1st State Bank in 2010. Margo Winieckie has been promoted to Senior Vice President. Winieckie is responsible for deposit relations and marketing Winieckie joined 1st State Bank in 2003 and help with its organization. Cheryl Kesseler, Vice President, has been promoted to Bank Compliance Officer. Kesseler joined the Bank in 2005. In 2014, Kesseler graduated from the Perry School of Banking and earned her Certified Community Bank Compliance Officer certificate. Craig Loree, Vice President has been promoted to Bank Security Officer. Loree joined the Bank in 2010. Loree is a Certified Community Bank Technology Officer through the Independent Community Bankers Association. 1st State Bank, chartered in 2004, is a locally owned and operated community bank providing services to individuals and specializing in business banking. 1st State Bank provides its customers a team of some of the region’s most experience business bankers and strives to be the bank of choice for businesses in the Great Lakes Bay Region.
