Saginaw, MI – Adam Pelc has been named Member Experience Advocate Supervisor at Catholic Federal Credit Union.
Mr. Pelc’s primary responsibility is to assist the credit union to live out the service mission of “Improving the member’s financial well-being” at every touch point. He will ensure staff and management receive all necessary skills and systems for success including coaching, training, coordinating ongoing service mission meetings, monitoring, assessing and reporting performance metrics.
He has been employed at the credit union for 3 years in the Loan & Member Service department. He is a graduate of Saginaw Valley State University with a Bachelor’s Degree Majoring in Accounting and Management with a Minor in Finance.
Catholic Federal Credit Union is a full service financial institution offering loans, savings accounts and checking accounts. The credit union has locations in Bay City, Essexville, Saginaw and Vassar in Michigan.
