SAGINAW, MI – January 13, 2015 – 1st State Bank, with support from WNEM TV-5, Great Lakes Bay Region Lifestyle Magazine and the Young Professional Networks of Saginaw, Bay and Midland extends an invitation to the 10th Annual RUBY Award Celebration Dinner. The RUBY Award Recognizes the Upward, Bright and Young professionals under the age of 40 who have made their mark in their professions and are having an impact throughout our community.
