Three Rivers Corporation announces Organizational Changes and Promotions

MIDLAND, MICH. – Three Rivers Corporation is pleased to announce the promotion and appointment of two key members of their management team, effective January 14, 2015.  These changes are reflective of our commitment to maintain a strong and dynamic organization.


Randy Sherman has been promoted to president of Midland based Three Rivers Corporation a General, Design Build, and Industrial construction services provider. Dan Kozakiewicz, Board Chairman for Three Rivers made the announcement.

Sherman will be responsible for overseeing the management and day-to-day operations, along with driving the company’s growth, fulfilling Three Rivers’ commitment to its customers and the community and executing the company’s strategy.  Sherman previously was executive vice-president and chief operating officer managing company operations, design, the financial aspects of the operation and business development. He has been a shareholder of Three Rivers since 2004.

Sherman currently serves as a director of Three Rivers Board of Directors and is a member of the Executive Committee.  An alumnus of Lawrence Technological University, he joined Three Rivers in 1996 and resides in Midland.


Mark Craig is promoted to Vice President of Finance and Business Administration.  In his new role he is responsible for building upon the finance teams’ strengths and keeping them consistent with the company’s focus and commitment towards people and customer service.  In addition, he is responsible for maintaining the company’s strong balance sheet, financial policies, overseeing all financial functions, and streamlined administration/financial systems including Accounting, Human Resources, and Information Technology departments.

Mark joined Three Rivers Corporation in 1994 as a member of the accounting department. Graduating Cum Laude from Central Michigan University, Mark earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in finance.

In addition, Mark Craig VP of Finance and Business Administration, Ted High VP of Commercial Operations, Craig Howson VP of Industrial Operations, and Tom Sczepanski Industrial Manager; have become shareholders in Three Rivers Corporation as of December 18, 2014.
