Peter Bender and Carol Patridge Elected to Yeo & Yeo Board of Directors
Saginaw, MI: Peter J. Bender, CPA, CFP®, and Carol A. Patridge, CPA, have been elected to the Yeo & Yeo CPAs & Business Consultants board of directors effective January 1, 2015, announced Thomas E. Hollerback, president and CEO. They will serve two-year terms.
Peter Bender is a principal and a member of the firm’s Manufacturing, Agribusiness, Employee Benefits and Estate Planning teams. He has 26 years of experience in auditing, and tax planning and preparation for businesses and individuals, with a concentration on agribusinesses. He also performs audits for employee benefit plans. Bender is a member of the Michigan Association of Certified Public Accountants’ Agribusiness Task Force. He is chairman of the board of the Frankenmuth Credit Union and serves on the board for Wellspring Lutheran Services. He is a member and past president of the Saginaw Rotary Club and a member of the St. Lorenz Foundation Finance Committee. He is a Certified Financial Planner™. He is based in the firm’s Saginaw office.
Carol Patridge is a managing principal. She has 27 years of experience in tax planning and preparation for individuals and corporations, and auditing, with emphasis in services for the construction industry, governmental entities and not-for-profit organizations. She leads the firm’s Construction Services team and is a member of the firm’s Quality Assurance Committee. She is based in the firm’s Kalamazoo office. She is a member and past treasurer of the National Association of Women in Construction, and the Builders Exchange of the Kalamazoo Area, and a member of the Home Builders Association of Western Michigan.
