GRAND OPENING CELEBRATION of rebel spirited, trend-setting Modern Craft’s Tasting Room |

BAY CITY, MI – Join us at City Market for the GRAND OPENING CELEBRATION of rebel spirited, trend-setting Modern Craft’s Tasting Room on April 6, 2018, from 10am-6pm. Enjoy the festivities and fun as we celebrate Modern Craft’s official debut. Mixologists will be on hand crafting creations for an untraditional mixperiance you’ll never forget.
Some of the festivities at Bay City’s FIRST and ONLY tasting room will include incredible discounts and specials, ribbon cutting at noon, and Nashville’s own singer/songwriter Bernie Nelson who has written songs for some of the biggest Nashville acts will be performing at 4pm on April 6.
“I’m the kind of guy who wears jeans to a Chamber of Commerce function,” says Josh Sharrow, co-operator of the Bay City Tasting Room. “If Modern Craft was a person instead of a bottle of wine, it’d wear jeans, too. We’re a good fit.”
“We recognized a need for wine tasting in Bay City,” says Rachelle Ranville, co-operator and Josh Sharrow’s sister, “and saw an opportunity with Modern Craft and City Market to make it possible. We’re grateful and excited.”
"We are always excited when a new vendor comes into the market or if a vendor wishes to expand," says Ruthy Shemanski, Market Manager, “There's always something new and exciting going on at City Market. From grand openings to kids classes, Free cooking demonstrations, to yoga IN the market... it's always a happening place.”
