Event Description: PMI Michigan Thumb Chapter Discover new weapons for battling small projects –a different approach to project management. A vast majority of projects that organizations perform are small, quick hit projects (often referred to as “assignments”). These projects need to be just as successful as major projects. By completing small projects more effectively and efficiently using the “right amount” of project management, an organization and its people will have more time and resources available to battle major projects. Build your arsenal by learning to compare and contrast the level of project management required for both small and large projects, as well as simplified technical processes for all projects, including Earned Value Management and Monte Carlo Analysis. 8 PDUs Provided: 2 Leadership, 2 Strategic, 4 Technical Bavarian Inn Lodge One Covered Bridge Lane Frankenmuth, MI 48734
