Event Description: Here’s your opportunity to catch fireflies in a jar to observe their flickering light patterns! These bioluminescent insects (which are actually a beetle) rise up from fields and woods just after dark. Floating like fairies that emit sparks from magic wands, fireflies actively signal to seek out mates on warm summer evenings.
