Event Description: Join the Saginaw Art Museum in celebrating the heart and soul of Saginaw with the formal gift of "The Last Whistle" sculpture from the Jury Foundation. Artist Ken Newman will be in attendance to speak about "The Last Whistle" Wednesday evening. In addition, there will be time for questions about the sculpture and art processes.
