Event Description:
 Rosco the Clown and his family-fun magic, hilarious jokes, quick wit, and expert balloon sculpting have tickled audiences for more then 25 years. People of all ages are astounded with his sidesplitting street entertainment or his large colorful comedy stage show. Admission: Free will donations Appreciated and Accepted (Rain Site will be at the State Theatre)
