Event Description: Public and private school teachers of the Great Lakes Bay Region are invited to explore the wonders of winter in Michigan on snowshoes! It’s a great way to see what winter has to offer, even if it’s your first time on snowshoes. Afterwards, we’ll enjoy a nice cup of hot chocolate in the Visitor Center. We have snowshoes available for your use if you do not have your own, but be sure to register to reserve your pair. (Please note: If there isn’t enough snow, we’ll still enjoy a winter hike.) "Teacher’s Night in Nature" is a program designed to provide public and private school teachers a personal experience in nature while enjoying social and educational time with other teachers from the Great Lakes Bay Region. We’ll head outside for our main activity (so dress for the weather!), then conclude with light refreshments. Pre-registration is required for these free events. FREE 400 S Badour Rd Midland, MI 48640
